เราสั่งเมนูพื้นฐานอย่าง โอโคโนมิยากิ ที่เนื้อนุ่มและรสชาติกลมกล่อม และ โอมุไรซ์ ที่ไข่นุ่มลื่นเข้ากันดีกับข้าวผัด นอกจากนี้ยังสั่ง กิมจิ ที่ทางร้านทำเองมาเพิ่ม ซึ่งรสเปรี้ยวเผ็ดเข้ากันได้ดีกับทุกจาน ทุกคำที่กินทำให้อิ่มท้องและอิ่มใจมาก

Tucked away in the lush hills of Khao Yai, Thailand, CHISO-YA is an unexpected delight for anyone craving authentic Japanese cuisine. We visited this charming restaurant for the second time during a weekday lunch, and once again, we were blown away by the experience.
The restaurant was blissfully quiet, giving us a sense of exclusive attention that felt like a special treat. We’ve heard weekends and evenings draw a lively crowd, so visiting during off-peak hours was a perfect choice for a relaxed meal. The property itself is a feast for the eyes, with a stunning rose garden and vibrant flower varieties that invite you to linger and snap photos.
We ordered classic Japanese dishes: okonomiyaki, with its savory, fluffy texture, and omurice, a comforting blend of soft egg and flavorful rice. Both were executed beautifully, showcasing the restaurant’s commitment to quality. On a whim, we added a side of their house-made kimchi, which was a delightful surprise—its tangy, spicy kick paired wonderfully with our meal. Every bite left us full and satisfied.
